5. Entry restrictions | Open to Australian Best Practice Software customers only

6. How to enter | Complete the survey including all mandatory fields. The survey will be provided as a link in the Evolution Newsletter and on Best Practice Software social media posts.

7. Limitations on entries | One entry per BPS Customer (with BPS ID)
|
8. Prize details | 1 BPS Customer per state or territory in Australia ($1,000 each pre-paid visa card). All prizes are non-transferable
|
9. Winner notification | Winners will be notified by phone call and email and publish list of Practice Names on the Bp website on 9/10 December 2021
|
10. Publication Details | Winners of prizes and photographs will be published on Bp Social media accounts, Bp website and Bp newsletter.
|
11. Prize claim date | Best Practice Software will contact the winners on the details provided in the survey. If the winning BPS Customer/fails to respond to the calls/email within 7 days, prize will be re-drawn for the State/territory and assigned to a new winner.

By submitting an entry to the Promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Promotion is open to all Best Practice Software Australian customers as on the date of announcing the winners.
Each entrant may only enter the Promotion once. Multiple entries submitted will not be accepted.
PRIZES
All prizes will be paid to the winners through a pre-paid visa card and addressed to the nominated person in the survey.
If Best Practice Software becomes aware at any time, including after a winner has been announced, that the entrant has ceased to be a customer or has not complied with the Terms and conditions, the entrant will have no entitlement to any prize and, as required by Best Practice Software, must return or repay the full value of any prize received.
Prizes are non-transferable and should be claimed within the specified date.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. The entrant is responsible for ensuring familiarity with the Terms and Conditions for the Promotion at the time of participation. Best Practice Software’s decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Terms and Conditions generally.
DISQUALIFICATION
Best Practice Software reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant for:
- tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process that in any way affects the fairness of the Promotion;
- tampering with the operation of the Promotion or any website of Best Practice Software;
- acting in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
PUBLICITY
Each entrant and the entrant’s staff consent to their entry with the name and address of the entrant, names and photographs of entrant’s staff published online by Best Practice Software without payment.
If an entrant submits photographs as part of the Promotion, the entrant consents and grants Best Practice Software all rights necessary to edit and publish on its website and social media the photographs at its discretion and for other publicity purposes associated with the Promotion. The entrant warrants that all parties shown in the photograph have provided their consent for the purposes of the Promotion.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Best Practice Software to use the winner’s name, address, photographs for publishing on website and social media and will not be listed or used in any other form of media without the explicit and written permission of the winner.
TERMINATION
Subject to the regulatory requirements in each State or Territory, Best Practice Software may at its discretion vary the Terms and Conditions or terminate, vary the Terms and Conditions for Promotion or terminate the Promotion entirely.
PRIVACY
Any personal information submitted in relation to the Promotion will be governed in accordance with the Privacy Statement of Best Practice Software.
