Yes – Bp Allied currently supports two secure messaging protocols within Australia; Referral Net and Argus Connect.

It is possible to access a fully hosted Bp Allied service via Remote Desktop Protocol from MAC OS systems. Additionally, it is possible to run Bp Allied locally on a Mac with Virtual Machine software, such as Parallels, and a copy of Windows 10.

Yes! Your existing database can be moved into Bp Allied, however prior to doing so we need to understand how your data is formatted in your current database so information can be correctly mapped into Bp Allied. Because there is such a variance in data sources available in the market, we don’t have an in-built function, however our team can certainly find out what works best for you and discuss your data import options.

Yes – Bp Allied’s Online Booking option uses a third-party vendor to take bookings on your behalf. This works by having the vendor set up an integration between your Bp Allied database and their application. Once a booking is made in their application, it will appear in your Bp Allied appointment book for processing.

Bp Comms is the overall brand for our messaging solution which encompasses Bp SMS and our Best Health App. These services provide a secure, reliable, cost-effective way to send instant, automated messages to patients for communications like appointment reminders, clinical recalls, health summaries, ePrescriptions and health awareness messages.
