Hit the Ground Running

Our new go-live support offering involves a dedicated training specialist and support specialist being available to practices remotely, so any issues can be quickly and easily resolved. To relieve the burden on both practices and our support team, we’ve decided to offer a service where our customers receive the help they need, as soon as they need it.

To maximise the support we can offer, we conduct Go-Live Support through Microsoft Teams which allows us to videoconference and share screens to quickly identify any issues you may be experiencing. You’ll need to have Microsoft Teams installed on the machines you wish users to join the session.

Bp Go-Live Support is offered at an hourly rate of $198 per hour including GST. If your practice would prefer to receive real-time support for the entire first day of their transition, this can be organised at a cost of $1,320 including GST between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm AEST.

Bp Go-Live Support was created for practices going live with Bp Premier for the first time. This included both brand-new practices and practices converting from a different practice management or clinical software.

Bp Virtual training courses are scheduled at a set time, cover a set agenda, are delivered in small groups and are open to all for enrollment.  Bp Remote training is customised to exactly your needs, and run exclusively for you and your team.
