Fees for the app are charged on the recording time length (audio time) and records are billed upon doctor approval or after 10 working days if not actioned earlier.
VoiceBox IT agreed service levels include an average 36-hour turnaround time with 50% of standard letters returned within 48 hours. We aim to turn around 95% of urgent files within 4 hours. For practices using their own proofreaders (rather than the VoiceBox proofreaders), the voice-to-text transcript is available within 30 minutes of submission.
