Terms and Conditions for Bp Virtual Group Training

Payment Terms

Payment is required 7 days prior to the course start. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received and cleared.

Bank transfers take up to 3 days to clear.  To ensure that your registration is guaranteed we recommend paying by credit card.

Cancellation, Transfers, and Registrant Change Policies

Cancellation by Registrants

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to course start date: 90% refund
  • Cancellations within 6-3 days of course start date: 50% refund  
  • Cancellations within 2 days of course start date or after course has started: No refund.

Changing Courses and Registrants

  • You can change the course you are registered for 3 days or more prior to the course start date, providing a place is available. You will be charged or refunded any difference in the course price.
  • You can transfer your registration to another person at any time.

Cancellation by Best Practice Software

Your fee will be refunded in full in the rare/uncommon event a course is cancelled by us.
