Outcome Health

For more than 20 years, Outcome Health has provided a range of clinical and data services.  We are proudly Not for Profit, which acts a reminder that we are here to serve the broader community under our motto of “Innovation for informed decision making and health connectivity”.

In addition to developing POLAR, Outcome Health provides a number of clinical services, including Mental Health Clinics across Victoria and a range of Mental Health services to Ambulance Victoria. Outcome Health also has nurse practitioners in Diabetes and Asthma clinics in general practice, and Aged Care.
