Frequently Asked Questions
The Beta Program allows practices to try out our pre-release software. The feedback you provide on features and usability helps ensure our product is ready for the general market and allows us to identify any issues to make our software even better for our end users. Please note that since the beta software has not yet been commercially released by Best Practice, it may contain errors and may not function as well as commercially released software.
The Beta Program is open to New Zealand Physiotherapists who are keen to provide feedback and test our new software. Practices will be taken through a demonstration of the software and a Q&A to ensure suitability and will need to accept our Beta Program Agreement prior to joining the program.
No. Both the program and software are free during the Beta period.
Yes, you will receive training prior to going live with the Beta Program.
