Dear VIP customer,

Please accept our apology for the recent issue whereby invoices for July were sent to you with June’s date. As we are still finalising a configuration of our new financial system, there happened to be a glitch that caused July invoices to be sent seven days too early and with the wrong date (24th June instead of 1st July).

We have resolved this problem and will email you an updated invoice(s) shortly.
If you have already paid for this invoice(s) then your payment will be allocated to the updated invoice automatically.

Please note that from now on, monthly invoices (for software maintenance and hosting service) from Best Practice Software will be sent to you on the 1st of each month.
