You must have the October 2024 data update or later installed before you upgrade to 1.13.1.1075.

1. Back up your Bp Premier database before running the upgrade.
2. Synchronise all workstations in remote database mode with the Bp Premier server before you upgrade.
3. Download and run the latest Drug Update on your Bp Premier server computer.
4. Log all users out of the server and all clients before you upgrade.
5. Download and run the 1.13.1.1075 update on your server and all clients.
6. Log back in to Bp Premier and resume use.

Orchid Service Pack 1 Revision 1 includes security enhancements to mitigate the risk of unauthorised access to the Bp Premier database without limiting functionality for your practice to access your own data.
Before upgrading to Orchid SP1 Revision 1, review all third-party database access used in your practice to see whether you may be impacted. This includes your practice’s use of the BP Browser password, third-party software for online appointment booking, data analysis and reporting tools, medical devices that connect to the Bp Premier database, or any software or hardware that connects to the database and reads or writes information into Bp Premier. The eRx NASH Certificate Updater utility is a tool used to update a practice’s NASH certificate. This is configured to work with the eRx Script Exchange. Further instructions on updating certificates can be found on our Knowledge Base.

This will replace your drug database with “February 2025” drugs and other supplied content.

This utility cannot be run live.

The TX Control is required and used by Bp for areas such as Prescriptions, Todays Notes, and Word Processor. This utility allows the re-installation and file registration to solve some support related issues.

IMPORTANT If Bp Premier is installed in a Terminal Server or Citrix environment, perform outside of normal practice hours, on the Terminal or Citrix Server, and ensure that there are no active sessions or user profiles connected.

Process for using LogMeIn with Bp Support:

• Select the link below
• Bp Support will provide the required code verbally over the support call
• Enter the code and Start Download
• Small application downloads to your computer to start the support session
• After you’ve opened the application, you will be presented with an agreement.
• Scroll through the agreement and click ‘I Agree’ at the bottom
• During the session, the Technician could be able to fully control your computer.
