Luke Daldy-Rowe, a Software Support Specialist in Best Practice Software’s Bundaberg Operations Hub, was the recipient of the Bundaberg and District Chamber of Commerce Customer Service Award at the Chamber’s June Breakfast.
Luke was nominated by Patricia Tracey, Practice Manager at O Plus Health in Grafton.
“I’d like to offer a big thank you to your staff member Luke. He went above and beyond to assist our staff. His professionalism and knowledge were well worth the time he spent on the phone with us. He covered a myriad of problems. He also lent his expertise to our own IT support who was in the practice this morning. We are very grateful for his patience and knowledge” Ms Tracey said.
Best Practice Software Chief Operating Officer Craig Hodges said it was gratifying for Luke to be given the Chamber Customer Service Award. “We are very proud of Luke and pleased that he has been recognised for his outstanding customer service” Craig said. “Our local Support team do a fantastic job looking after our customers around Australia and New Zealand. We know they offer great support services, but for Luke to be recognised by the Chamber of Commerce really takes it to a new level” Mr Hodges said.
Luke received his Trophy at the Bundaberg and District Chamber of Commerce Breakfast today. Runner Up was Leanne Jones from Sweet Lucy Cakes.
Luke said he was very happy with the Award. “I feel I am being given the opportunity to do my job in the best possible way and Best Practice Management has given me lots of encouragement to give my best” said Luke.
